Caselaw on Substance Misuse Programmes & Reg 29?
Does anyone know of any useful case law out there regarding clients on methadone, subutex etc programmes and ESA Reg 29?
I seem to be dealing with a lot of similar cases and most tribunals seem quite happy to use reg 29 if nothing else fits, but I’m sure there must be a good UT case out there - though I havent been able to track one down. Any ideas?
