PIP & Medical Time
As there has been a success at FTT for payment of ESA wrag component after 13 weeks, due to 13 weeks being the time an ESA claimant must have a medical, is there such a provision of time, [13 weeks] that a PIP claimant must have a medical assessment by. If anyone knows where I might find any legislation on this this, I’d be grateful for any help.
