ORal Hearing Lack of/appeal to UT re DLA for child
Is anyone aware of any helpful CDS re claimant choosing not to attend OH, case proceeds, fails and mum now wishes to take matter further-Statement of reasosn is closely written up little propsect of finding an error in law,

This comes up all the time. Look on the Briefcase area of this site. It’s replete with them. There’s even one on the first page, dated 18th June.
