advance DLA claim or PIP?
Someone else recently posted this query but nobody replied. I thought I’d try again.
I have a client who has a date-stamped DLA form that needs to be returned for 11/07/13. We don’t think he will satisfy the 3-month qualifying criteria for DLA until 26/07/2013 (following operation on that date). If we submit the DLA form could he be awarded DLA in advance or will he have to claim PIP as he doesnt yet satisfy the 3 month rule?
