ESA commissioners hearing

Hi All

I am about to take my 1st ever case to commissioners hearing. I am trying to second guess what the comm may ask of me at the hearing. The main issue in the case it that the client was self employed the business is still going he is a partner but has no involvement in the running of the business. Also I felt that the panel favoured the evidence of the HCP and not the client, The panel failed to ID mental health activities and why he was not entitled to these.

If any one could give me any guidance on what I might be asked it would be great
