comment piece on IDS (mis)use of official statistics
interesting comment piece in the guardian, further to the Chair of the UK Statistics Authority, Andrew Dilnot, having said last week that Iain Duncan Smith’s assertion that 8,000 claimants had changed behaviour due to the benefit cap was unsupported by official statistics
