Relevance to the workplace
Hi all.
I know that DWP have conceded that the WCA should be undertaken with a work environment in mind much more than the PCA; this contradicts the previous stance from C 1/95 (IB)
Does anyone know of a decision upholding this that’s available on the website? I know of one that’s not but it’s not very persuasive if it’s not in circulation; at least to my mind.
