Carers allowance and the minimum wage

Ive just learned that the minimum wage will increase to £6.31 an hour. (Dont spend it all at once guys and gals)
I have many clients who currently work 16 hours a week min wage and are allowed to claim Carers Allowance, with Carers premiums etc in place. 16 X 6.19 = £99.04

Under new Minimum wage : 16 x £6.31 = £100.96, therefore disallowing Carers etc.

My question : Does anyone know if the DWP will increase the £100 CA threshold? I cant find this out anywhere.
Unless of course under “austerity” cuts this is a plan to reduce benefit bills by stitching up Carers.
