Unemployability supplement
I have a client who gets Unemployability Supplement and may be working getting therapeutic earnings under article 12(4) of the service pensions order 2006 and have to complete form WPA 159 .
Does any one have any experience of the response to this process -does it generate complete health reviews that may effect pension entitlement does it have a time limit or is is really just like permitted work ?
