Just when you thought that the Daily Mail couldn’t sink any further it does this.  The circle of being poor, on benefits and criminality is now complete.  There is nothing it would seem, including killing your own children, that the feckless would not stoop to in the disjointed myopic existence of a life sponging off those hard working families who live in a world, the parameters of which are dictated not by the values inherent within their communities, but of those dictated to them by their political overlords (of all mainstream parties) and their attack dogs in the press

I think that there is a “question for government and society” that we allow people to inherit the wealth of deceased parents: the whole system clearly turns people into murderers: http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2013/mar/28/stephen-seddon-jailed-40-years.

In particular this is clearly a bigger risk the more people stand to inherit… obviously not something the heir apparent of a baronetcy would think though.

The history of European monarchies in a nutshell.  Henry II of England for instance.

yes… and the difference in murdering for an inheritance cases is there a direct connection not some spurious one off coincidence.

I await the Daily Mail campaign to increase inheritance tax rates to end this plague of murderers.

from the bbc ...

‘Chancellor George Osborne has questioned whether the state should be paying for the lifestyles of people like Mick Philpott ..... “there is a question for government and for society about the welfare state - and the taxpayers who pay for the welfare state - subsidising lifestyles like that, and I think that debate needs to be had”.’

In the wake of George Osborne’s crimes against reason and compassion this week there have been calls for a public debate about the culture of dependency at Westminster.  Tristram Tractor, Archbishop of Guttersnipe, today hit out at those politicians who lived lives of luxury at the taxpayers’ expense, being able to prey on people’s gullibility and prejudice in order to win support for crushing the weak and powerless while using public money to pay for such things as cleaning swimming pools, redecorating second homes which were then sold for a handsome profit, expensive electronic goods, moats and biscuits.  Mr Guttersnipe went on to say, don’t get me wrong, George Osborne’s crimes are exceptionally wicked and he and he alone is responsible for them.  However, it has to be asked why, in times of austerity, public money is being allowed to be spent on people who will say anything, no matter how cynical and callous, just for the sake of winning support for policies which are not only nasty, spiteful and cruel, but entirely unnecessary and ineffective. The debate needs to be had, and had now!

His words were echoed by the members of the now defunct Girls Aloud.  The scouse one told this reporter that George Osborne was a very naughty man who should be sent to bed early without any supper.  She continued, “I think that rich people should be more nice to other people.  My mother always used to say that if you can’t say anything nice about someone then don’t say anything at all”.  The Irish one echoed her fellow group member’s comments.  She also thought that Mr Osborne was very naughty but didn’t go as far as her colleague.  While she agreed that Mr Osborne should be sent to bed early, she thought that he should be allowed to have some supper.

Cripes.

If you give folks to much, they become child murderers.

If you dont give them, enough they riot.

If you pay them direct they spend it on fags and booze and horses.

If you dont pay direct, they lose all ability to handle their money sensibly.

If your help is targeted, it is mean, and going to the wrong people.

If it is universal, it is over generous and going to the wrong people.

To make matters worse claimants insist on using loansharks, playing the lottery .....and falling for

any sort of confidence trickster and doorstep seller…...

Funny thing is….. all of us claim and none of us fall into any of the above…..

Yet we know someone who knows someone…..

Hmmm.

Not so sure you’re right on that one. Unfortunately.
