ESA hardship payments becoming recoverable
As far as I can tell ESA hardship payments are becoming recoverable from next week but there does not seem to be anywhere where this is spelt out. probably is somewhere obvious that I should have been able to find myself! The regs themselves simply refer to SSAA 1992 S71ZH: which I cannot find on the internet! Any help guidance on this gratefully accepted.
