Going back on contributions ESA after time on Income Related ESA
Hi
Person A has been on Contributory ESA for in the WRAG. This then cannot be paid after 12 months. If they then spend 2 years on Income Related ESA ( in the WRAG ) and are then placed in the Support Group after this time, can they go back on contributory ESA? That is, do you continue to have a underlying entitlement to contributions ESA after 12 months but this cannot be paid?
