DLA claims in advance for a period after PIP comes in
Reg 22(1)(b) of 2013/387 says you can’t claim DLA when you can claim PIP. There doesn’t seem to be anything stopping an advance claim for DLA under reg 13A of the C&P regs where entitlement starts after 8th April. Have I got this wrong?
