LVSC report on Work Programme in London
Second report on the Work Programme in London finds that ‘the number of job outcomes for ex-incapacity benefit claimants on the work programme is astonishingly low’ and that, whilst subcontractors report that financial constraints and restrictions on delivery are stifling innovation within supply chains, VSC organisations outside supply chains are considering whether to limit the support they offer to Work Programme customers -
