Exempt supported accommodation
I recall a debate a few years ago about whether or not a landlord can ask a Local Authority to commission a care service from another provider on their behalf to provide care, and it still meet the definition of exempt supported accommodation. can anyone remember the outcome, or have any views? This has just reared its head again here.
