Overpayment in couple claim where partner dies.

The situation is this - wife was claimant for her and partner. Overpayment raised from 2004 of some £10,000 due to alleged non declaration of 3 occupational pensions by husband. This is under appeal.

Wife has just died.

It was her appeal, so can it continue?

If we withdraw appeal ( because there is no money in her estate ), can they pursue him as it was his alleged failure to dsiclose and he was part of ccouple claim?

Ifeel I should know the answers to these, but just overloaded at moment!
