Legality of Jobseekers (Back to Work Schemes) Bill
We understand that there is some interest in challenging the legality of this Bill - particularly from a European law point of view - and wondered if any of you had European national clients who feel they were unfairly sanctioned under the Jobseeker’s Allowance (Employment, Skills and Enterprise Scheme) Regulations 2011 (which were found to be unlawful by the Court of Apeal in Reilly and Wilson).
