CDLA/3204/2006 - copy needed

I’m trying to get hold of a copy of this decision by Judge Jacobs which deals with dyslexia and attention in educational settings amongst other issues.

I’ve checked all the usual places but without success.

CDLA/1983/2006 is where I first saw CDLA/3204/2006 being commented on. It’s also referred to in Sweet & Maxwell. It’s just a bit annoying there seems to be no full electronic copy of it available.
