Bedroom Tax query
According to Circular A4/2012 page 38 if there is a bereavement then no deduction for under-occupancy for 12 months. Trying to find Regulaion wording of this as I have a mother who has died leaving the daughter who was the carer in a 2 bedroom property so now over-occupying. Anyone know where I can find more details?
Its in the HB (Amendement) Regs 2102 - Reg 5 (5) to be precise.
