Child Benefit

Hi I have a new case involving Child Benefits and Tax Credits enquiry and I need your help.

Clients are a couple with a daughter of 19 yo she started last year Access to HE Health and Social Care. She is in college 13 hrs per week. The family were claiming Child Benefits and Tax Credits but this all stopped as soon as the daughter reached 19.

I am just not sure whether the course the daughter is studying will qualify them for the benefits. Is the course classified as full time non-advance education?
