Link to new ESA 50

A client has just told me that he has had a revised versionof the ESA50 form, ESA50 1/13.  I cant find a link to it on the DWP website - has anyone got a link to one?

Google “ESA50”.  It’s the first entry in the list.  I couldn’t find a link from the DWP or .gov site either.  Bottom right hand corner of the last page of form confirms this is the ESA50 for 1/2013.

doh, why didn’t I think of that, I spent an age trying to get it via the search engine on the DWP Adviser Site.

I think the questions are now clearer. E.g., old form:

Can you stay in one place, either standing or sitting, for at least an hour without help from another person?

No / Yes / It varies

New form:

How long can you stay in one place, either standing, sitting, or a combination of the two, without help from another person, without pain or exhaustion?

Less than 30 minutes / 30 minutes to one hour / More than one hour / It varies.
