ESA Appeals self
I am trying to set up a self help leaflet for people who disagree with a benefit decision and need to appeal. It needs to compass completing a GL24, understanding the ESA descriptors so they know what medical evidence they need and getting medical evidence, If anyone has done this already or have templates that they would like to share it would save a lot of time.
