appeal and chemo/radiotherapy
I have had to request a postponement on two occasion; on day of first tribunal client was in hospital, now started chemo/radio therapy and is unable to attend new appeal.
this has been postponed again..
is client exempt due to attending hospital or do we need to submit change of circs?
