the dwp has published -

- draft versions of the PIP claim forms @ http://www.dwp.gov.uk/policy/disability/personal-independence-payment/pip-toolkit/about-pip/forms.shtml

- standard letters @ http://www.dwp.gov.uk/policy/disability/personal-independence-payment/pip-toolkit/about-pip/notifications.shtml

plus there’s a ‘Check how Personal Independence Payment affects you’ tool on gov.uk @ https://www.gov.uk/pip-checker

... and lots of other resources in a ‘toolkit for support organisations’ @ http://www.dwp.gov.uk/policy/disability/personal-independence-payment/pip-toolkit/

Is it my memory or has something changed?
I thought the new form was supposed to be shorter than the existing DLA form - online it is 40 pages.
So the new part 1 which may be completed on the phone is 18 pages and then the form itself is 36 pages together with an info booklet 12 pages long. So much for a shorter form, the assessment will be to confirm or deny the form - suppose it will save time in the assessment.
