Sickness Benefit > IVB > IB > ESA

Hello All,

I am advising on an IB to ESA reassessment case, the client having previously transitioned from sickness benefit > invalidity benefit > IB… are there any additional transitional issues I need to be aware of is it ‘run of the mill’ so to speak??

Also, while I am at it can anyone point me to the IS regulation (or a link) which states that IB Adult Dependency Addition - paid in respect of a non resident dependent adult - falls to be disregarded when calculating income for the purposes of IS entitlement?
