Contribution based benefits.

Client has a partner and has exhausted her 365 days of contribution based ESA, wants to know if she will be paid contribution based JSA if she meets the criteria and contribution conditions. I can’t find any reason why not but client is continuing with ESA claim at present for contribution credits and does not want to switch to JSA unless she will receive the benefit as does not want to meet signing on criteria for contribution credits only.
