Any thoughts on the following?
A couple of ou clients have returned from trips abroad for longer than 4 weeks to find that, rather than being asked to repay any Income Support paid after the 4 week period, they have instead been told that their claim has been termintaed and they must now apply for ESA.
Does this accord with anyone’s experiences? If this is right, does anyone know what Regs apply?
