DWP PIP assessment guide for providers carrying out assessments

the dwp has just published the assessment guide which, it says, focuses specifically on the role of health professionals in the assessment and the quality of their work -

However the DWP have dated it as last updated on 22/01/2012, is this correct or should it read 22/01/2013 ?

They must have just got the date wrong because it has the up to date descriptors

The Welfare Reform Act (which introduced PIP) received Royal Assent on 8 March 2012, so there isn’t any way that the note could have been written in January 2012.

Has anyone got hold of the claimant questionnaire - it says it has been ‘provided alongside this guidance’

I’m told that claimants are already getting these.

response back from dwp and date now corrected ...

does the published guide still contain unpublished information?

if anyone has got hold of a copy of the form can they let me have a copy
