Scenario - April 2011 - A person on IS (due to failing the PCA on IB) is migrated to ESA, will they loose the Disability premium they had because they were also claiming DLA care?

Wanted to check if their will be transitional costs to cover the disability premium for those on Income support due to passing the personal Capability Assessment on Incapacity Benefit (having not made enough contributions to get IB) who are migrated to ESA assessment phase. You can get the disability premium on IS but not on ESA - will a person who has been receiving this premium continue to get the amount during the assessment phase of their ESA migration? Will it then be dropped after the person is placed in the WRAC or the Support component areas or resubmitted if they move to JSA?

Just checking to see if any directions have been produced regarding this tricky question?

Thanks in advance
