Hello and a belated happy New Year to all,

As are many others, I am forever being asked about work and earnings whilst on benefits such as ESA, DLA, IS etc.  Although I manage to work my way through the options such as permitted work and the like with clients, I do often feel that they, and I would benefit from a fact sheet on the subject.  This is simply a request to ask if anyone has such a thing, and, if they have, is there any chance of letting me have a copy please?

Thank you very much.

Patrick.

Have you seen the Disability Rights UK factsheet Patrick?

There’s also this one from Gingerbread aimed at single parents which might be helpful.
