Hello all

A query from a friend who really ought to be a member here asks whether there are benefit fact sheets aimed at people with learning difficulties? Easy to digest kind of stuff?

Any suggestions would be appreciated…

I like the tribunals service leaflet.  The representative has special pointy shoes which change colour to match her outfit.

Where can I get some?

Also come across a leaflet from Trafford Housing Trust that seems to be based on an easy-read approach.

You can get a copy here Changes to your benefits

I must admit, I’m surprised that I haven’t been able to find more on the Mencap site, I worked with them to produce the ESA guide referred to above and they have a specialist in-house team for such materials.
