HB/CTB Circular A4/2012 (para 50) says that the size criteria rules will not apply to those in supported ‘exempt’ accommodation but I can’t find any mention of this in the Housing Benefit (Amendment) Regulations 2012.

Am I missing something?

Sorry, still being a bit clueless - which of those exceptions (a-e) specifically means supported ‘exempt’ accommodation?

Thanks :-)
