Hi all.

This is further to my “B” thread.

I’m trying to track down 2 decisions relating to Mental Capacity; Irvani v Irvani [2000] 1 Lloyd’s Rep 412, CA & Hart v O’Connor [1985] AC 1000 at 1018–1019, [1985] 2 All ER 880 at 888

Has anyone got access to the reports that I might have a shuftie? I can’t find them on Bailii.

Wow 21 mentions of the word “lunatics”.

Even a reference to people who are “lunatics, idiots or otherwise non compis mentis”.

You’d never get that from the spangly new Supreme Court…
