Preparing for legal aid cuts, post April 2013
Richard Miller of the Law Society has drafted a useful guide to help advice services prepare for the cuts to legal aid that are to be implemented from April 2013.
Amongst the issues covered are that in those areas that are coming out of scope, you need to notify clients of the potential implications of the removal of legal aid from scope.
