Burnip v Birmingham City Council
Does anyone know if the Secretary of State’s application for permission to appeal the above decision decision to the Supreme Court has been allowed? I’m assuming not or would have heard via Righstnet but I had read somewhere a decision was likely by Oct 2012. Does anyone know where it is up to?
Permission to appeal was granted on 30/10/12.
