DLA AND ME/CFS
I have just had a client refused DLA. She suffers from ME/CFS. She was awarded DLA lower rate care in the past but had to go to appeal to get it. This lapsed when she received review forms which she was unable to complete and return. We put in a new claim which has been turned down. Are there any Commissioners Decisions you could point me towards to help this client please? Thank you
