DLA and overnight care?
I am under the impression that in LHA, middle and high rate DLA care entitles the claimant to an extra bedroom for an overnight carer.
I cannot find the same rules applying in the bedroom tax. Am I missing something somewhere or has it been deliberately omitted, with the onus on proving a carer is present?
