Just a word of warning Claire - the whole of CAB Wales is on one single adviceline number, so while you may want Barry the phone could be picked up in Caernarvon! They will be able to contact Barry for you though I don’t know if they are yet on Petra, the new case recording system that makes information sharing between Bureaux easy.
