PIP and the Benefit Cap
Does anyone know of any work being done to look at the impact of the introduction of PIPs on the numbers of people affected by the benefit cap? If so could you point me in the right direction?
As it looks like anyone getting the low rate of care is at serious risk of losing their entitlement to benefit, this could also mean that they also lose exemption from the benefit cap.
