National Audit Office seeks your views on quality of services in jobcentres

The National Audit Office (NAO) is consulting organisations representing claimants on the ability of the DWP to respond to changing demand for services in jobcentres in light of the increase in claimant numbers and welfare reforms like incapacity benefit reassessment.

NB - whilst the closing date for responses is 8 October 2012, the NAO says that, if individual organisations need more time to respond, it may be possible to extend the deadline further.
