Housing Benefit Appeal
I know this is a big ask:
Client has a HB overpayment dating back to 2004. Miles out of time to appeal I know. He does have severe mental health issues that have prevented him from taking further action until this point.
Are there any arguments that can be advanced on his behalf or am I throwing myself on the mercy of whoever picks up the letter?
