I’ve looked in the ususal places, but can’t find either of these decisions.

All reported decisions since 1991 are on the DWP website. Just click on “advisers and intermediaries”, then on “specialist guides and publications”.  It’s easy from there.  Be wary of that part of the decision concerning reasonableness of disclosure.  That has now been overtaken by the decision of the Court of Appeal in B v DWP.

i always look for reported (and unreported) decisions on this form on upper tribunal website -
