Following the reshuffle early on this week, there is now a new ministerial team responsible for the Ministry of Justice.

The new Secretary of State for Justice is Chris Grayling, who as you will probably know was previously Minister for Employment at DWP.

The ministers Crispin Blunt, Jonathan Djanogly and Nick Herbert have all been shuffled off, to be replaced by:

* Helen Grant, MP for Maidstone and The Weald (vocal critic of the legal aid bill, although loyal in voting with government)
* Jeremy Wright, MP for Kenilworth and Southam
* Damian Green, MP for Ashford

The Law Gazette has published a list of Ministerial responsibilities following the reshuffle, which includes the news that Liberal Democrat peer Lord McNally has been handed the remaining legal aid portfolio.
