DLA 420 Form 1996
Does anyone know what a DLA420 form is from 1996 - it is based around a review in 1996 but I don’t know if is the old version of the DLA434, or DBD420. Any evidence of its purpose would be great. I have the appeal this afternoon so any quick info would be much appreciated.
