I cannot find the following cases on the Tribunals website or Bailli -  CPC/0683/2007, R(IS)5/05 and CH/0177/2005. I am really after the first one but if anyone can tell me where I can find any of them or provide a link I would be very grateful. Thank you very much

Is the first one. Very often you find on the tribunals website that the 0 in the reference number is ommitted - though it’s present in the actual decision once it’s located. So a search for CPC/0683/2007 gives no results, but a search for CPC/683/2007 is succesful.

Not sure what the problem is with R(IS) 5/05 - came up first time for me - it’s the reported number of CIS/1846/2004 so maybe try searching for that - but here’s a link;

As for the third one - have you got the reference correct? CH/117/2005 (rather than CH/177/2005) does come up on a search. As this is also an “estrangement” decision, I think it’s probably the one you’re after.

And, all reported decisions since 1991 are on the DWP website.
