There are very serious problems for people with AA and younger partners under the UC draft regs.

Given the detailed scrutiny these drafts go through, it’s a pretty big mistake.  Given the abolition of SDP etc. and the £10bn of further cuts being looked for, I hope you’re right.

Good Point. I intend to send info re capital limits and the effect of the differences between the current pension ages for men and women - re my initial post (PC in UC).
I’m completing a couple of case studies combining the cuts to DLA and the mixed aged couple rule, where one has reached PCQA.
Its based on my family circumstances (a couple and a non dependant son) -  as a family we could potentially lose between £300pw-£475pw. At the moment I feel as if someone pulled the rug out from underneath me and I’m falling into a black hole.
