Where to send ESA50?

Just been contacted by a client who was sent an ESA50 with no return envelope.

Does anyone know the return address of the top of their head or would it be specific to area?

i would call atos and ask - in Edinburgh they go to a different address than the assessment centre

Some bright spark at ATOS told a client of mine (who was going to be maybe a day late in returning an ESA50) that he should hand it in at his local Jobcentre to “make sure it doesnt get lost”.
This morning the predictable Jobcentre response happened when he went to hand it in : this has nothing to do with us, we cant accept this, sort it out yourself.
