BACKDATE FOR WRONG CHARGE.

I have been landed with a cracker. HB was paid at the incorrect amount from the outset of the claim in 2004 until 2008…
There was a backdate receieved in 2007 but it didn’t cover the correct period.
Can I request an anytime supersession and request that the LA pay all the way through..

yes. they where initially given the incorrect figure but this was rectified. Yearly increase notified by RSL but not implemented by LA for HB..

oh right, sounds like official error to me…
