ESA Medical and Incompitent Dr
With our help one of our clients has managed to get an ATOS ESA Dr an “Official Warning” from the GMC.
Obvious reason being a very poor ESA medical report.
Anyone any experience of further rights to compensation for the loss of income and stress caused by the following appeal, which came down in their favour and put them firmly in the Support Group?
