I have a single female who has been attending University on a nursing course. She had failed to meet the required pass levels in one of her modules and she has been placed on academic interruption for 6 month. Clients bursary has been withdrawn during this period and she made a claim for JSA. She was found not to be entitled to JSA as she was still treated as a full time student.

The question is whether she can claim JSA for this period or not?

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks
